Adjudicación de contratos. Los contratos contemplados por el artículo 2° de la Ley 4ª de 1964 serán adjudicados por el Ministerio de Obras Públicas mediante Resolución. Cuando el valor exceda de doscientos mil pesos ($200.000.00) deberá oír previamente el concepto de la mayoría entre los siguientes funcionarios: Viceministro, Secretario General, Directores Generales y Jefe de la Oficina Jurídica.
