Aseguramiento de la calidad. A l iniciar el tercer año de operación la empresa de transporte masivo deberá demostrar y mantener el aseguramiento de calidad en la prestación del servicio público de transporte masivo de pasajeros, mediante la presentación del respectivo certificado, de conformidad con la norma ISO 9001, expedido por los Organismos de Certificación de Sistemas de Gestión Acreditados.
