Las penas señaladas en el Capítulo 6° del Título 7 Libro 2° del Código Penal, serán aumentadas en una tercera parte cuan- do el culpable fuere militar, o civil al servicio del Ejército, o cuando se trata re de documentos referentes al mismo servicio y no fuere aplicable el artículo precedente.
