ARTICULO 3o . Adiciónase el siguiente inciso al numeral 5º del artículo 318 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, sustituido por el artículo 3º del Decreto 794 de 1991. También podrá garantizarse el pago de derechos antidumping o compensatorios provisionales, de conformidad con el artículo 23 del Decreto 2444 de 1990.
