Prima de Retorno a la Experiencia. El Patrullero de Policía en servicio activo, tendrá derecho a partir del quinto (5) año de servicio, a recibir una prima mensual de retorno a la experiencia que se liquidará sobre la asignación básica mensual, así: a los cinco (5) años, el cinco por ciento (5%) y por cada año que exceda de los cinco (5), el uno por ciento (1%) más, sin sobrepasar el veinticinco por ciento (25%).
