La junta a que se refiere el artículo anterior adquirirá con destino a las bibliotecas públicas del país hasta dos mil ejemplares de la esmerada edición que acaba de hacerse en Popayán del inmortal poema Gonzalo de Oyón , y rendirá sus respectivas cuentas a la Contraloría General de la República.
