Facultase al Gobierno para elaborar y poner en vigencia un Reglamento de Justicia Policial para regular lo relacionado con la disciplina y régimen interno de la Policía Nacional, de acuerdo con los principios y normas del código de Justicia Militar vigente, el cual será aplicable en la Institución de la Policía en lo que fuere pertinente, mientras se expida el Reglamento mencionado.
