Art. 167. Por el solo hecho de no rendir ó remitir una cuenta en los términos del artículo 162, incurrirá el responsable en una multa de diez pesos oro, que declarará y hará recaudar el contador á quien corresponda su examen, sin perjuicio de los apremios que pueda imponer el Administrador principal, quien además podrá suspender de sus funciones al empleado que deje de rendir sus cuentas en oportunidad.
