ARTICULO 3.8.3.7.- JUNTA DIRECTIVA. La Junta Directiva será integrada por cinco (5) Miembros, dos (2) de ellos elegidos por los tenedores de libretas de ahorro e inversión y dos (2) por la respectiva o respectivas empresas; Los cuatro (4) miembros de junta directiva así elegidos designarán por mayoría el quinto (5o.). Si tales miembros de junta directiva, dentro del mes siguiente a su elección, no hicieren la designación, lo hará el Director del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas.
