º. Ambito de aplicación . El presente Decreto establece las faltas administrativas en que pueden incurrir, en desarrollo de sus actividades, las sociedades de intermediación aduanera y quienes se anuncien o ejerzan dicha actividad sin la respectiva autorización; así como las sanciones aplicables por la comisión de dichas faltas y el procedimiento administrativo para su imposición.
