° Créase una Junta que se denominará Junta de Transportes Fluviales, con el objeto de que intervenga, de acuerdo con el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, en la organización del servicio de transportes fluviales en los vehículos de propiedad de la Nación o en aquellos que el Gobierno adquiera por otro título.
