º El artículo 2º del Decreto 1077 del 26 de junio de 1992, quedará así: El Fiscal Jefe de Unidad y los Fiscales de Unidad ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia, tendrán derecho a una Prima Técnica equivalente al 50% de la remuneración mensual. Así mismo, tendrán derecho a una Prima Mensual Especial de Alta Dirección equivalente al 45%, de la remuneración mensual.
