(Transitorio). Los propietarios de predios que a la fecha de la sanción de esta Ley lleven más de tres (3) años de haber recibido notificación de las diligencias de adquisición, podrán hacer una nueva estimación del valor comercial de su predio para los efectos del límite del precio, o indemnización a que se refieren los Artículos 1º, 3º y 7º del Decreto 2895 de 1963.
