Art. 4. ° Recojidos los espresados fondos de amortizacion en cada mes, se sacarán a licitacion en los primeros quince dias del siguiente por "Pagarés" de los que habla este decreto, ante una Junta compuesta del Secretario de Tesoro i Crédito nacional, del Director del Crédito nacional i del Tesoro jeneral de la Union, i se adjudicará al mejor postor.
