Cuando se perdiere un proceso penal, se deben practicar dentro de los diez días siguientes, todas las diligencias necesarias para recuperarlo. Si no se logra, se utilizará la copia autenticada de que trata el artículo 412 de éste Código y en cuanto a las piezas procesales que por cualquier motivo no figuren en esta copia, se ordenará su reposición.
