° Deróganse los artículos 1° y 2° del Decreto número 1231 de 1° de Junio de 1951. En consecuencia, las investigaciones que los Fiscales de los Juzgados Superiores tuvieren pendientes, pasarán al respectivo Juez Superior, con un auto en el cual el Agente del Ministerio Público precisará las diligencias o pruebas que falten para el perfeccionamiento del sumario. El Juez superior podrá abocar directamente la investigación, o comisionar a otro funcionario.
