De las normas aplicables. En aquellos aspectos no contemplados específicamente por este Reglamento, se aplicarán las leyes siguientes para la administración de personal de la Rama Ejecutiva del poder Público, en especial los Decretos 2400 y 3074 de 1968 y 1950 de 1973.
