ARTICULO 1 º Aprúebase la reforma de los estatutos de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, Ecopetrol, conforme al siguiente texto, adoptado por la Junta Directiva de Ecopetrol, como consta en el Acta número 2064 de abril 19 de 1994. «La Junta Directiva de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos, en ejercicio de las facultades que le confieren el Decreto 1050 de 1968 y la Ley 80 de 1993, adopta el siguiente texto de los estatutos que rigen la administración y funcionamiento de la Empresa Colombiana de Petróleos.
