Transitorio para el objeto de la garantía . Las garantías que se encuentren certificadas o en trámite de aprobación por la autoridad aduanera a la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, solo deberán ajustar el objeto asegurado de conformidad con lo previsto este decreto, en el momento en que deban renovar la garantía. Para todos los efectos, cuando en el objeto de la garantía se haga referencia a regulación aduanera vigente, se entenderá como normatividad aduanera.
