Art. 1.° Ábrese al Presupuesto de gastos para el año económico de 1873 a 1874 el siguiente crédito suplemental : DEPARTAMENTO DE GUERRA I MARINA. (Capítulo 4.°, artículos 1.º i 5.°, Material de la Guardia Colombiana). Para los gastos de escritorio i alumbrado de las compañías sueltas que se han mandado crear por los decretos citados, en los seis meses que faltan para terminar el presente año económico, ciento sesenta i dos pesos, así: Para útiles de escritorio de las tres compañías, hasta $ 54 Alumbrado para las mismas 108 Total $ 162
