ARTICULO 3.6.1.6.- NUMERO MINIMO DE SUSCRIPTORES. Todo fondo de inversión deberá tener como mínimo el siguiente número de suscriptores

a)

Doscientos (200) al vencimiento de un término de doce (12) meses contados a partir de la fecha de su constitución;

b)

Trescientos cincuenta (350) al vencimiento de un término de dieciocho (18) meses contados a partir de la misma fecha; y

c)

Quinientos (500) al vencimiento de un término de veinticuatro (24) meses contados a partir de dicha fecha.
