ARTICULO 3.3.1.3.- RESTRICCIONES ENTRE UNA SOCIEDAD COMISIONISTA DE BOLSA Y SU MATRIZ. Las operaciones de una matriz, establecimiento de crédito, con su sociedad comisionista de bolsa, estarán sujetas a las siguientes normas

No podrán tener por objeto la adquisición de activos a cualquier título, salvo cuando se trate de operaciones que tiendan a facilitar la liquidación de la filial;

No podrán celebrarse operaciones que impliquen conflictos de interés;

Cuando la matriz sea un banco, corporación financiera o compañía de financiamiento comercial, no podrán consistir en operaciones activas de crédito.
