Decreto 3840 de 2008 · por el cual se modifica el artículo 2° del Decreto 4652 del 27 de diciembre de 2006, modificado por los Decretos 1494 del 4 de mayo de 2007 y 3951 del 12 de octubre de 2007.

º . Modifíquese parcialmente el artículo 2º del Decreto 4652 de 2006, modificado por los Decretos 1494 del 4 de mayo de 2007 y 3951 del 12 de octubre de 2007, así: " Tercera fase . Distritos Judiciales de Popayán, Santa Rosa de Viterbo y Tunja. Iniciará su operación a más tardar el día primero (1º) de octubre de 2008". Cuarta fase. Distritos Judiciales de Bucaramanga, San Gil, Cúcuta y Pamplona. Iniciará su operación a más tardar el día quince (15) de diciembre de 2008. Quinta fase. Distritos Judiciales de Antioquia, Barranquilla, Cartagena, Cundinamarca, Ibagué, Montería, Neiva, Riohacha, Santa Marta, Sincelejo y Valledupar. Iniciará su operación a más tardar el día primero (1º) de junio de 2009. Sexta fase. Distritos Judiciales de Arauca, Florencia, Pasto, Quibdó, San Andrés, Villavicencio y Yopal. Iniciará su operación a más tardar el día primero (1º) de diciembre de 2009.

Parágrafo

La implementación de las distintas fases que establece este artículo estará sujeta a los recursos que para tal efecto se apropien en el Presupuesto General de la Nación".
