Artículo trece. Antes de decidir sobre cualquier solicitud de adjudicación de baldíos, háyase tramitado de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente Decreto o por intermedio de los Alcaldes Municipales, el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria podrá verificar directamente la exactitud de las diligencias practicadas. Con base en este examen tomará la decisión correspondiente.
