La Administración Seccional de Cali, con autorización del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, podrá establecer otras agencias de expendio y señalar a los Agentes los honorarios que han de devengar, lo mismo que el precio de las diferentes clases del artículo en las nuevas agencias.
