La persona a cuyo cargo estén las funciones de dirección del matadero será responsable de que las operaciones de lavado, limpieza y desinfección se efectúen de conformidad con las disposiciones de carácter general establecidas en el presente Decreto y las demás que con fundamento en el dispongan el Ministerio de Salud, las autoridades delegadas o los Inspectores Veterinarios.
