El Alta Consejería Presidencial para la Reintegración Social y Económica de Personas y Grupos Alzados en Armas, realizará los trámites para entregar al desmovilizado la libreta militar, la cédula de ciudadanía y el certificado de antecedentes judiciales, para lo cual las entidades pertinentes dispondrán lo necesario para asumir los costos que la expedición de tales documentos demande.
