Adiciónese el numeral 15 y modifíquese el último inciso del artículo 307 del Decreto 390 de 2016, los cuales quedarán así: “15. Se encuentra mercancía no declarada y oculta en maletas, bolsos o cualquier otro elemento que ingrese el viajero como equipaje acompañado o no acompañado”. “Cuando se presente la situación prevista en los numerales 13, 14 y 15 procederá la aprehensión. Para el caso de vegetales, animales y sus productos reglamentados e insumos agropecuarios, incluyendo animales de compañía o mascotas, éstos quedarán bajo la responsabilidad del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario (ICA)” .
