Para la refrendación de licencias de navegación a personal extranjero, además de los requisitos que fijen los reglamentos de la Dirección General Marítima y Portuaria se exigirá la presentación actualizada del contrato de trabajo y el concepto favorable del Consejo de Migraciones Laborales o de quien haga sus veces.
