º . Reposición de sellos . En el evento en que el declarante, al momento de colocación de los sellos, verifique que alguno o algunos de ellos presentan roturas, daños, o alguna deficiencia que impida su utilización, lo deberá informar de inmediato a la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales y al suscriptor del convenio para que este proceda a la reposición de los mismos previa entrega de los sellos que no sea posible utilizar.
