La Junta Directiva de la Empresa Colombiana de Productos veterinarios estará integrada en la siguiente forma: a) El Ministro de Agricultura o su delegado, quien la presidirá. b ) El Gerente de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero o su delegado. c ) El Gerente del Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario o su delegado. d ) Dos (2) miembros designados por el Presidente de la República.
