Al condenado que durante el trimestre ha observado siempre conducta ejemplar muy buena y ha dado pruebas constantes de aplicación en el trabajo y en la escuela, se le promoverá a la categoría inmediatamente superior a la que ocupa. El no haber incurrido en una sanción más grave que la amonestación es condición necesaria, pero no suficiente para el ascenso de clase.
