Prestaciones sociales. Los Agentes alumnos tendrán derecho a las prestaciones por incapacidad sicofísica o por muerte que establecen los artículos 87 y 88 del Decreto-ley 2340 de 1971, cuando reúnan los requisitos y condiciones que establecen las mencionadas disposiciones.
