Art. 26. Es deber de todos los Jueces ante quienes se proponga un juicio de sucesión, citar al Recaudador del impuesto, á fin de que este empleado ó su representante pueda tomar conocimiento de la calidad de los asignatarios, hacer nombramiento de los avaluadores, pedir que se inventaríen y avalúen los bienes de la sucesión y reclamar contra las decisiones que perjudiquen á la renta.
