º El artículo 6º del Decreto 3593 de 1982, quedará, así: Para ser Inspector de Cine en localidades de más de 50.000 habitantes, se requiere el cumplimiento de cualquiera de los siguientes requisitos

a)

Poseer el título de Comunicación Social o ser egresado, o estudiante en la misma especialidad de una unidad o instituto legalmente reconocido por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional;

b)

Ser socio de Cine clubes o Cinematecas registrados en el Ministerio de Comunicaciones;

c)

Ser funcionario idóneo del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, o de la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico, Focine.

d)

Ser bachiller y encontrarse prestando el servicio militar.

Parágrafo

Las calidades a que se refiere el presente artículo deberán acreditarse con la presentación de las certificaciones o diplomas, según el caso, debidamente autenticadas por la entidad que los expida.
