Autorización de zarpe. La autoridad marítima local, sólo podrá autorizar el zarpe de la nave o artefacto naval o la remoción del equipo utilizado, una vez se acredite el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones por parte del solicitante, según lo descrito en el presente decreto.

Decreto 644 de 1990 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente el Decreto-ley 2324 de 1984, se establece el trámite de las solicitudes para realizar investigaciones científicas o tecnológicas marinas en los espacios marítimos jurisdiccionales colombianos y se dictan otras disposiciones.
