Parágrafo

del artículo 152 del Decreto-ley 2324 de 1984, el interesado debe elevar solicitud al Director General Marítimo y Portuario, demostrando plenamente que no hay nave de bandera colombiana disponible o adecuada, y en caso de ser autorizada, su validez será por un (1) solo viaje.
