El trabajador queda obligado a destinar a su uso en las labores contratadas el calzado y vestido que le suministre el {empleador}, y en el caso de que así no lo hiciere éste quedara eximido de hacerle el suministro en el período siguiente. (Modificado por el Art. 10 de la Ley 11 de 1984)
