TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo diez y ocho. Autorízase al Alcalde Mayor de Bogotá para crear un Consejo de Administración y Disciplina, determinando el número de sus miembros y la forma de elección. Este Consejo tendrá, con relación a los empleados del Distrito, las mismas atribuciones que la ley confiere a los departamentales.
