De conformidad con el artículo 4º, y para fines estadísticos, lo dispuesto en el artículo 121 es aplicable también a toda persona o entidad que pretenda iniciar o adelantar exploraciones superficiales en terrenos que repute de propiedad particular. El Ministro guardará absoluta reserva sobre dichos avisos, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 7º.
