Las operaciones de las que trata el presente Título que se compensen y liquiden a través de una cámara de riesgo central de contraparte, de las que trata el Libro 13 de la Parte 2 del presente decreto, no estarán sujetas al régimen de garantías establecido en el presente capítulo, sino al reglamento de la respectiva cámara de riesgo central de contraparte.
