°. Evaluación del desempeño. Para los efectos del presente Decreto la evaluación satisfactoria del desempeño se presume por la permanencia del funcionario en el cuerpo especial de custodia y vigilancia, teniendo en cuenta su excepcional comportamiento disciplinario y su conducta moral intachable.
