ARTICULO 1°. Los numerales 2° y 3° del artículo 1° del Decreto 1107 de 1992, contenido en el artículo 1° del Decreto 2495 de 1993, quedará así: Numeral 2, Haber obtenido ingresos netos provenientes de su actividad comercial en 1993 mayores a $36.500.000. Numeral 3. Haber poseído a 31 de diciembre del mismo año un patrimonio bruto fiscal mayor de $101.500.000.
