El parágrafo 4º. del artículo 60 quedará así:

Corresponde al Ministro de Educación Nacional el nombramiento y remoción del Delegado del Ministerio de Educación Nacional ante los Fondos Educativos Regionales y al Gobierno Nacional la asignación de funciones.
