En los casos de los artículos 89 y 90 de la Ley 130 de 1913 , cuando se demande el reintegro o devolución de sumas de dinero pagadas con exceso por impuestos nacionales, departamentales o municipales, la sentencia expresará la suma liquidada que debe reintegrarse por el fisco respectivo. Para los efectos de este reintegro, estos fallos tendrán la fuerza de se sentencia ordinaria.
