A Los Interesados Que Expresamente Así Lo Soliciten Al Funcionario Del Registro Civil O Al Servicio Nacional De Inscripción, Se Les Expedirá Un Certificado Que Contendrá Los Siguientes Datos: 1

º A los interesados que expresamente así lo soliciten al funcionario del registro civil o al Servicio Nacional de Inscripción, se les expedirá un certificado que contendrá los siguientes datos

Identificación

Nombres y apellidos

Fecha y lugar de nacimiento

Sexo

Oficina donde se efectuó el registro

Fecha de expedición del certificado, y

Firma de quien expide el certificado. Este certificado tendrá el carácter de documento de identidad para los menores de siete (7) años y no podrá ser retenido por ninguna persona o autoridad.
