En los centros urbanos, las industrias que por su naturaleza puedan causar deterioro ambiental estarán situadas en zona determinada en forma que no causen daño o molestia a los habitantes de sectores vecinos, ni a sus actividades, para lo cual se tendrán en cuenta la ubicación geográfica, la dirección de los vientos y las demás características del medio y las emisiones no controlables.
