Art 7° De cada propuesta que se entregare al Administrador de Aduana de Buenaventura, dará a este recibo escrito expresando la fecha, día y hora en que se le hubiere entregado y la persona que haga la entrega. Esta misma razón la escribirá el Administrador sobre la cubierta de la propuesta y en el lado en que estuviere el sello.
