Art. 1.° Establécense las siguientes oficinas telegráficas, con el personal i asignaciones anuales que pasan a es presarse: En Popayan : Un Telegrafista $ 600 Un Ayudante 192 Un Cartero 60 En Santander (Quilichao): Un Telegrafista 360

Parágrafo

Lo sueldos espresados se pagarán desde el día en que sea puesta al servicio público la línea telegráfica de Palmira a Popayan. $ 50
