Las pruebas para los funcionarios de carrera que presten sus servicios en el exterior, serán practicadas por una comisión integrada por el Secretario General del Ministerio y el Embajador en el país de la sede en donde se realicen, de acuerdo a concentración por áreas geográficas y demás modalidades que se establezcan mediante resolución ministerial.
